I am here to help you to resolve feelings of anger that leave you stuck, to develop emotion regulation skills to help you better manage intense feelings, and to improve communication in your relationships.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space.

I support adults with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life pressure and patterns of unhelpful thinking.
I have a particular interest in supporting men and fathers through their unique challenges.

I have a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor and over a decade of experience supporting children, adults, and families. My practice draws on Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.
