Most full-time Ontario teachers have up to $2,000 in benefits for mental health care through their OTIP plans, covering services from psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers. For more details, check your benefits booklet to confirm your mental health coverage.

If you know who you want to see, you can request a therapist by name. For example, if you are seeking someone who truly understands teaching, Nicole Boon is a team member with 10 years of full-time experience as an elementary and secondary teacher and as a department head.
Not sure who to choose? We can help match you with the right therapist. Schedule a phone call with us and a team member will speak with you for 15-20 minutes about your concerns. Based on your unique story, we will pair you with the therapist who we think is the best match for what you need.
