Coping with Burnout for Educators
Are you feeling overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with the demands of teaching, and wondering how to get back to your best self?
Join a 4-session group therapy program designed for educators facing burnout. Together, we’ll:
- Connect with others who understand and can offer support
- Learn effective strategies to manage stress and prevent burnout
- Build self-compassion and practice skills to restore your well-being
Let’s work together to help you feel recharged and resilient.
Burnout can happen for many reasons, but the result is often the same: persistent stress in the body, leaving us feeling numb, overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected.
Together, we will work to identify the stressors that contribute to burnout and practice evidence-based strategies for completing the stress cycle – without taking a long, expensive vacation or adding more self-care to your plate!
Burnout isn’t just an individual issue—it’s systemic. That’s why healing works best in a community. Group therapy provides a supportive space where connection itself becomes a key part of recovery by helping to complete the stress response cycle and reduce burnout symptoms.

This group is tailored to suit educators or educational staff seeking support with their burnout.
