post-secondary student mental health
Balancing academia and personal life can be overwhelming. At Transforming Emotions, we specialize in supporting post-secondary students through customized mental health services to help you thrive both in school and beyond.
Are you trying to balance your health and wellbeing with your studies, your relationships, your family and your work…all while trying to figure out who you are and what you want to achieve in your life? We thought so.
At Transforming Emotions, we understand student mental health from the transition into college or university studies all the way through to graduation and jumping into the world of work. Whether you’re feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, have your sights on BIG goals, or just want help to get the very most out of your college or university experience, we can help.
From stress and anxiety management to specialized support, we’re here to help you navigate your academic journey and personal challenges effectively.
On your schedule and your budget
Whether you need treatment, stress management, a supportive ear, or help connecting to your school supports (because navigating school support systems is a skill unto itself), we are here to tailor our work to your needs, your schedule, and your budget!

How do I get started?

From our Contact Page, book a free phone consultation to help us find the right therapist for you.
2. Tell us About Yourself
Schedule a phone call with us and a team member will speak with you for 15-20 minutes about your concerns. Feeling shy? No problem. If you prefer, you may fill out the form on our contact page, and we’ll send you a brief questionnaire to help us learn more about you and your needs – your choice.
3. Book Sessions
Based on your unique story, we will pair you with the therapist who we think is the best match for what you need. Have someone in mind who you would like to work with? No problem. Let us know and we will take that into account.
