I work with adults navigating a range of emotional, relational, and life challenges, including concerns related to anxiety, mood, trauma, identity, and relationships. I am dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming space where clients can approach their experiences with curiosity, deepen their self-awareness, and better understand the patterns shaping their lives. My approach emphasizes meaningful growth, greater connection with oneself and others, and developing ways of moving through life that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
I earned my M.A. and am currently completing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University. My clinical training has included extensive experience in psychotherapy, as well as psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessment of adults presenting with a wide range of cognitive, emotional, and behavioural concerns.
I have trained across a variety of clinical settings, including St. Michael’s Hospital, The Willow Centre, The Downtown Psychology Clinic, the Centre for Interpersonal Relationships, Baycrest Hospital, and Community Head Injury Resource Services.
