I believe everyone can develop their potential and enjoy a fulfilling life. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and their family members helping them navigate emotional and mental challenges. If your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, neurodiversity, or family relationship difficulties, I am here to support their journey toward healing and growth.
With over three years of professional experience, I incorporate culturally sensitive and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, child-parent relationship therapy (CPRT), attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness. I focus on empowering young people and adults to overcome emotional and psychological hurdles, and also facilitate strength-based parent consultation and family therapy to promote healthy communication, foster resilience, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU), where I practiced as a Registered Counselling Psychologist with the Hong Kong Psychological Society, and am now based in Ontario, Canada. I was also honored to receive three scholarships during my master’s degree study, reflecting my dedication to excellence in the field. Additionally, as a certified facilitator of LEGO® Six Bricks and Play & Learn, I have had the privilege to facilitate LEGO learning-through-play training programs for educators and mental health practitioners, sharing my passion and creative approach to supporting children with special needs. My fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English allows me to effectively serve the diverse needs of the community.
I am currently working towards registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario under the supervision of Dr. Sarah Thompson and Dr. Julia McArthur.
