Can therapy help me feel better?
We welcome you to come in for a mental health check-up. We will help you explore what is working well and where there is room for improvement in supporting your mental health. During your first session, your counsellor will explore your goals for therapy and will listen to better understand your patterns of managing feelings, connecting with others, moving your body, managing sleep, staying motivated, and recharging your energy reserves. Your therapist will assist you in a process of self-reflection, examining what you are yearning for at this point in your life, and identifying pathways to keep you moving in the right direction.
