Can therapy help me feel better?

We welcome you to come in for a mental health check-up. We will help you explore what is working well and where there is room for improvement in supporting your mental health. During your first session, your counsellor will explore your goals for therapy and will listen to better understand your patterns of managing feelings, connecting with others, moving your body, managing sleep, staying motivated, and recharging your energy reserves. Your therapist will assist you in a process of self-reflection, examining what you are yearning for at this point in your life, and identifying pathways to keep you moving in the right direction.

A team member will speak with you for 15-20 minute about your concerns. Feeling shy? No problem, if you prefer, you may fill out the form on our contact page, and we’ll send you a brief questionnaire to help us learn more about you and your needs – your choice.

3. Book Sessions

Based on your unique story, we will pair you with the therapist who we think is the best match for what you need. Have someone in mind who you would like to work with? No problem. Let us know and we will take that into account.
