💰 Cost: $200/week for 8–10 weeks (limited sliding scale spaces available upon request)

📝 Eligibility: A one-hour intake interview with the facilitators is required before joining.
Who is this group for:
- Teens and adults age 17+ AND
- Individuals who identify has having an inner critic that leaves them feeling depressed, anxious, or self-doubting AND
- Individuals who feel compassionate towards others who are struggling.

Emotion-Focused Therapy for Groups (EFT-G) is a highly experiential and effective group therapy designed to help individuals:
- Reduce shame and self-criticism underlying self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and depression.
- Build confidence and decrease people-pleasing, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety.
- Transform self-criticism and worry in a supportive, small-group setting.
- Provide participants with an opportunity to present their real self to the world and receive feedback from others.

How to Apply
To determine if this group is a good fit for you, a one-hour intake interview with the facilitators is required. During the intake, you will have a chance to meet group facilitators, let them know what you are seeking help with, and ask any questions you have about the group.
