Pain in life is inevitable, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whatever stage of life you find yourself in, I offer a supportive space to slow down and make sense of what you’re going through. I work with adults navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, sexuality, identity exploration, and life transitions. I bring a neurodivergent-affirming lens that values difference and honours your unique way of experiencing the world.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and relational. My aim is to provide you with a new emotional and relational experience that supports meaningful change, not just insight. I strive to create a space that is warm, accepting, and honest, where the relationship we build together serves as the foundation for our work. I draw primarily from Emotion-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, tailoring our work to your specific needs and goals.
I am nearing completion of my Master of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School. I have received extensive training across multiple clinical settings, including Toronto Metropolitan University’s Counselling Centre. In addition to my therapy work, I have experience conducting psychoeducational and neurodevelopmental assessments, including assessments for ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities in children and adolescents.
