EFT for Individuals
Are you wanting to level up your EFT practice in Emotion Focused Therapy? This 10-module program will allow you to develop, deepen, and consolidate your skills in the areas where you most want to invest.

Do you have good intuition but struggle to articulate why interventions are helpful?
Are there common stuck points in your EFT practice that you would like to work through?
Do you have a basic grasp of EFT theory but struggle to apply it in your practice?
This 10-module program will allow you to develop, deepen, and consolidate your skills in the areas where you most want to invest. You may sign up for select individual lectures, all lectures, or the full 30-hour package of lectures and experiential practice. Sessions are organized into two full-day sessions and six half-day sessions, all at least one week apart to allow you time to learn, consolidate, and apply what you learn as you go. Experiential learning will focus on facilitated skills practice in stable groups of six to eight peers.
Continuing Education Credits:
Completion of this workshop allows OAMHP members to apply 30 hours (CECs) towards their required continuing education hours. OAMHP’s review of the general content of this workshop recognizes the learning objectives meet and support the criteria:
- For best known practice in continuing education
- For educational requirements for mental health professionals.
Continuing Education Credits available from the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. 30 CEC from CCPA available.

September 26 – December 5, 2025 (Virtual)
Times:
Full Days (9:00am – 4:00pm); September 26 & October 3
Half Days (9:00am – 12:00pm); October 17 & 24, November 7 & 14, 28, and December 5
The full curriculum includes 30 hours of instruction.
Pre-requisites:
No prior EFT training is required.
Fees:
Full training (30 hours of instruction; equivalent to a standard 5-day training):
- Early bird rate for all sessions: $1300 (CAN) + HST* if registering on or before June 30, 2025
- Full fee for all sessions: $1400 (CAN) + HST*
Pricing to attend lectures only (no experiential work):
- All lectures: Early bird: $650 + HST* if registering on or before June 30, 2025
- All lectures: Full fee: $750 (CAN) ) + HST*
- Individual lectures: Please see the registration form for details. To guarantee entrance into the lecture, registration must be completed a minimum of three business days in advance of the lecture.
*HST applies to residents of Canada only.
All fees greater than $650 include a $250 non-refundable deposit. Installment plans may be requested in writing.
