Experiential work:
Unless otherwise indicated, experiential work will take place in small groups of 5-7 individuals. Group membership will be decided in our first meeting and will remain stable for the remainder of the sessions. Facilitators will alternate between two groups so that each group will have some facilitated time and some time without a facilitator present. Facilitation will be conducted by Dr. Sarah Thompson, and one other person as needed based on enrollment.
